  When you have been a long time customer for over 25 years and you pay off your car loans and you come back to the credit union that helped you before ? And you sit down and it takes 3 minutes to get a answer? And there are other customers in the credit union and they here the conversation because they think it's funny to put your private and confidential information out to everyone that is there ? Is a very unprofessional way to make someone feel like a bad person I don't appreciate the way you do business and I will be shutting the accounts down and take my business to a more professional credit union I and My wife will never be back to you and the credit union it was very embarrassing us we are not and your very sorry for the way it was handled is not a big deal to you and the credit union

  Flower was so very helpful, kind, qnd patient helping me figure out my accounts and signing up to use the app. Anything she was unsure about she, found out about from Kim, who was also very helpful.

  Flor was super patient and helped us to set up both individual and joint checking and savings accounts on a busy holiday weekend. She went through all of your options and even discussed future financial planning with us. Neil was a great help in going through some of the finer details, and his sense of humor was a great tension breaker. Over all this has been a stellar first impression.

  Just opened a savings/checking account with these folks. Flor was a pleasure to work with and she was absolutely helpful. I noticed every time a customer came in everyone was greeted warmly and it almost seemed as if some of the folks were like family. Seems like a great place to do business and looking forward to working with these folks, especially flor!

  Flor is amazing she is so kind and lovely. I had the best experience with her today. I will definitely go back if I ever need help with assistance. I really recommend her if you ever go to their bank ask for Flor she is a very good listener, super kind and will definitely help you out.
