  I went to Dillard's Salon 2 years ago to get my hair lightened and had a horrific experience The styles to left blue developer in my hair and told me I would have to wash it out myself after charging almost $200.00 for highlights more importantly the manager insulted me and made me cry.I have never been so mortified in my life.She did not accept responsibility or in anyway offer an apology. I was utterly appalled it was the eve of Christmas Eve. I had a party to host.With no resolve,I called the mgr.of Dillard's in tears and he compassionately delta with the situation .Thank God he had class.

  This place is AMAZING! I scheduled a family spa day for myself, my son, my daughter and my mom and we all felt pampered and special! It was our first time going to a spa and it was great. The employee (LaRissa) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire time we were there! She definitely made the experience better. We will be going back for sure!

  The plus: I had an excellent stylist. I can't remember her name, but she did a great job cutting my hair and had a great personality. The downside: this isn't truly an Aveda salon. The pictures and the products are mostly there, but I've been to a few Aveda establishment but this feels exactly like a hole-in-the-wall Dillard's haircut station, bolstered by the fact that even the associate didn't desire to be trapped in that location. I'm glad I had a great stylist, but I was disappointed I wasn't under the scissors of a true Aveda associate; again, not because of the stylist herself, who did great, but because of the flags of what I would consider False Advertising.

  Amazing! I needed a color correction, and Sue did a fantastic job at fixing my fiasco! :) She blew dry my hair with volume I had never been able to achieve with any volumizing products! She is truly great! Thank you Sue! Monica
