  I went in and wanted to change up my hair a little. I have VERY long hair and it's a beautiful brown but I was getting sort of tired of the shade. So I wanted highlights. I went in and they told me the girl was the best they had. Turns out she only had a month with her license and just berly started working as a hair stylist. I showed her the photo of what I wanted OVER 5 times. She said she would give me that. Instead she gave me half of my head blonde! I NEVER WANTED BLONDE! She completely ignored what I said and took over 5 hours to simply bleach my hair. Then I told her I needed a cut to cut off all my dead hair. At least 5 in worth of hair. Yeah she cut all that off in the front of my face. The back of my hair is COMPLETELY dead now. The whole time she was giving me attitude. I'm never going back their.
