  Hispanic guy at the counter, at Saturday at 9am, is a complete a**hole. He was rude, irrational, and unhelpful. Instead of helping me, decided to help 10 other customers because it was more convenient than giving me a diagnostic. When discussed with him, he just referenced me to another store. Fyi, at least 2-3 other workers in the store.

  waited in line. they only had 2 people helping customers. two guys walk in and they ask if they had to get in line? doesn’t matter what they needed. i was next to be waited on. i was on my lunch break and needed an air filter. that kind of service pisses me off, i walked out. i will never buy another thing from auto zone again.

  They had only 1 part in stock that I was looking for but I received excellent customer service in locating the other parts needed

  Good neighborhood parts store. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. With the MetroRail line dividing Fulton, it's takes an little maneuvering to get in the parking lot.

  Rude staff that act like were bother to them and false diagnosis. Idiot told me it was my alternator when it was my battery only got second opinion at O'Reily way better service there!
