::So Audi has top of the line cars but cant pay quality people to work in its facilities. Oakland is by far the worst location. They treat the people of Oakland like $hit, and should not be in Oakland acting as they do. I have been asked if I have enough money to pay for maintenance services, like WTH. Who does that. Can NEVER find the useless manager anywhere. This place should be closed and open a bike shop. OH! DONT CALL. Trust me, save the time, life and air. You will not get anywhere over the phone with these incompetents. P.S The only 5 stars reviews are from New car sales. Lol not service, maintenance, professionalism, or customer service. The suit ain't fooling $hit.

::Long overdue review for Audi of Oakland. First of all, I absolutely love my new Audi--what a great car! But, specifically for the folks who work there, big thank you to Justin (who I cannot recommend enough), and Linda in the service center! Justin made the entire car selection and buying process both easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help me find a car that I would love, figure out what to do with my old car, and answer all my never ending questions:). I've been down there a few times since then-I recently ran over a nail--and have had a chance to meet other people. Everyone in the service center is helpful and courteous. Linda got me in same day for a new tire and I was charged less than what I had been quoted at a separate tire store. They were even going to clean my car for me but I didn't have time. Really, really great place (with awesome cars), but more importantly a great group of people!

::Came to look at a used car. I contacted by Nick before I made into the dealership. Nick is a pro at what he does. I inspected the car and given a good chance to feel out the car on a test drive. All the paper work was pretty straight forward with no fuss on anything. Good people work there. I would recommend to shop here.

::Just bought a CPO A3 from them last weekend. Ramin was terrific to work with. Here's a rundown of my car buying process: 1. Saturday afternoon - look up cars on carguru. Emailed the dealership with a specific question about a car. 2. Saturday evening - Ramin replies to my email answering my question. 3. Sunday ~10:30am - Ramin calls, asks if I want to test drive the car. I arrive at 11am and leave by 2:30pm driving a new 2017 Audi. Just over 3 hours for the entire car buying experience. Ramin was super helpful answering questions about the car, and AJ the sales manager had the financing process down pat. Really happy with my purchase and the service offered here.

He made sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I left the dealership happy.
