  Audi Hawthorne was an absolute pleasure to buy from. Aniello, my salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He made the entire buying and delivery experience enjoyable. Upon taking delivery, Jordan did an excellent job streamlining the titling/registration process and informing me of my choices when it came to protecting my car. Finally, Chris got me up and running with the car's features and technologies. Overall, this was the best dealer experience I've ever had across any brand.

  What an absolutely stunning showroom and car dealership. Rafeal was a gracious host in helping us find an automobile. All sales people and professionals are dressed impeccably. The showroom is bright and sunny and a fantastic way to view a car. It was really difficult to find a car that we were looking for but we received plenty of help in the mean time. If you're into getting Audi's, then I highly recommend this dealership. Cheers!

  From the minute I walked in the showroom until I drove out with my new car, the service was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Raphael Rosario was top notch not only in his knowledge and expertise but in handling every detail which included securing a hard to find limited edition vehicle within days--not weeks of searching. I highly recommend this dealership and Raphael...it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish!

  We sought to upgrade our Audi Q5 to a Q7 and Jason, Nick, & Paola seamlessly assisted us with processing all the paperwork necessary to get our new certified pre-owned vehicle. Jason was not pushy at all and totally understood our situation. He was genuine in his approach and was willing to work with us on making sure we made a purchase that fit within our budget. Since we couldn't close our deal in the same day due to timing conflicts, Jason came in on his day off to see the deal through & continued to follow up with my wife and I following the deals closure for anything we needed. Paola & Nick assisted with making the deal seamless with paperwork and pricing as well. They allowed us the time we needed to sufficiently read what we were signing up for and running our numbers to make sure everything was correct with our budget. They were not the typical pushy car salesman and quickly responded to any questions or issues we had. The process took a couple hours but it was worth it. When the vehicle was ready Christopher assisted us with showing all the features and answering questions we had related to the car's functionality. He was really nice, patient, and he seems like he's got a bright future. My wife and I love the new vehicle and it was an awesome purchase. Thank you Audi Hawthorne for all your assistance and putting us in a great position for our future. We truly appreciate everything you've done for us & will continue to refer people to you as our experience was totally positive.

  Professional, friendly, and courteous. We traveled from Detroit MI to pick up our perfect car at Audi of Hawthorne. We primarily dealt with Bobby C. who went above and beyond our expectations. He even had a big red bow on my car when I mentioned that I always wanted my new car to have a big red bow on it! The dealership was warm, welcoming, and absolutely beautiful. Also- the coffee bar at this place is phenomenal! We traveled far to this dealership but will be returning for our next cars. Thanks again!
