  Awful. I have never seen a more poorly prepared or researched commercial property appraisal in 30 years in the business. The comparables used weren't even in the same asset class, and the value they claimed was nearly 50% of what an arm's length buyer offered just a few months later! A colleague in the business asked "what, are they drunk?" when reading their work product. Stay as far away from these people as possible.
