  Negative stars because AT&T has been bad and do not fulfill their offers shame on them but the employees were great.

  I paid of my babe old phone and got her a new iPhone 10. After I paid off the old phone It was like $450 out the door with apple care and 24 more monthly payments. I have a ton of line, digital life and direct TV with them and pay them a stupid amount of money every month. And that was the best deal on the phone. Maybe an with the wrong cell phone service. The service at the store was good, I made an appointment on line before to save time. That part of good.

  Have found the staff here consistently very knowledgeable and friendly. I am.always amazed when I come and someone is opening the door to greet me with a friendly smile and immediate acknowledgement. I've been here multiple times through the years for various reasons from purchasing a new phone to trying to remedy a problem (typically of my own making) and have always been treated with not just professionalism but genuine kindness. Keep up the amazing work.

  Absolutely terrible service at this location. I do not recommend this location for anything other than wasting your time. The manager was just as unknowledgeable as the first customer service representative we worked with. Instead of being honest and straight forward with us, they both told us we would have to call customer service because there was nothing they could do. I have never had a good experience at this location, in fact, I would Rather drive an extra 20 minutes to Another location to resolve a 5 minute issue than drive 5 minutes to the Nellis location for any issue.

  Worst location to go to for any concerns about your bill. The gentleman to who help me just basically broke down my bill which was the same thing I could view myself online. Then continue to tell me since I didn’t make the changes there he can’t help me. He basically told me call customer service didn’t even bother suggesting other plans that will fit my needs better. So I did Hector help me we change my plan because I was overpaying. Got my problem fix but I will never go back to that location.
