    I was just there today and horrible customer service I have a Google pixel XL and they straight out said "no your phone is not compatible " which I just read online that it is I just need to purchase a similar card . Also some of the employees behind the counter we're just leaning and on their phones . Never going back there again , because if there is a next time I'll be as rude and they were to me.

    I HAVE THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT AND ISSUE WITH SPRINT RIGHT NOW!!! I WENT TO GET A BATTERY REPLACEMENT FROM BEST BUY BECAUSE OF THE APPLE RECALL, I OWN A SUPPOSEDLY NEW IPHONE 6 WHICH I BOUGHT WITH SPRINT AND HAVE SERVICE THROUGH SPRINT. MY PHONE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED BECAUSE I WAS ADVISED THAT I DO NOT HAVE AN ORIGINAL APPLE SCREEN AND THE BATTERY TAB IS MISSING DUE TO THE BATTERY BEING REPLACED. I DID NOT BUY A REFURBISHED IPHONE 6 I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ANY REPAIRS DONE TO MY DEVICE EITHER.I FIRST CALLED SPRINT AND SPOKE TO CHRIS WHO ADVISED ME THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME A SUPERVISOR AND STATED THAT APPLE GAVE ME THE WRONG SERIAL NUMBER ON MY PHONE BECAUSE THAT IS AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION. BUT SUDDENLY CHRIS HUNG UP THE CALL. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH RAIV WHO I REPEATED THE ISSUE WITH AND HE CONNECTED ME TO SARAH WHO IS IN THE ESCALATION DEPARTMENT. I ADVISED SARAH ABOUT HOW I WAS SOLD A REFURBISHED PHONE THAT I WAS TOLD WAS NEW AND STATES IN MY CONTRACT THAT IT IS A NEW IPHONE WHICH WAS STATED BY CHRIS FROM LOOKING AT MY RECORD AND THAT I DID PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE SUPPOSEDLY NEW IPHONE. THEN SARAH SIMPLY STATED WHAT WOULD I LIKE? I ADVISED HER OF MY OFFER THAT I WANT A NEW PHONE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. SHE OFFERED ME A IPHONE X WITH A 256GB ON A LEASE CONTRACT FOR $40+ A MONTH ON A TWO YEAR LEASE, I REFUSED THAT OFFER!!!!! I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR BECAUSE SARAH STATED SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO GIVE ME A FREE PHONE.SARAH ALSO TOLD ME I HAD TO GO TO THE SPRINT STORE I PURCHASED IT FROM. WHY, WHY DO I HAVE TO TRAVEL TO THE STORE WHO LIED IN THE FIRST PLACE ABOUT A NEW PHONE. I REFUSED THEN SHE AGREED TO GIVE ME HER SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE, BUT INSTEAD SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO HANG UP BECAUSE SHE WAS AT THE END OF HER SHIFT AND SPRINT IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE DAY! I OWN MY PHONE AND IT IS COMPLETELY PAID FOR!! I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR AND IT IS RIGHTFULLY DUE!! I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TOMORROW AS IT APPEARS NO ONE IN THE ONLINE DEPARTMENT HAS ANY AUTHORITY.

    Please read below to see how you should not trust verbal agreements nor when the sales associate says there are computer problems and you will see the adjustment. If you want a fair deal, avoid this store. I was blatantly lied to by the sales associate who quoted me one price (which my contract states) and leading me to believe that there was computer problems so I could not see her quoted price on my contract but not to worry my charge would be for the correct price. Apparently after talking to Sprint, there was a promotion (I was not aware of any promotion I was just tuned into the end amount) that had just ended but Angela wanted the sale so she quoted me an incorrect lease payment. I wanted to turn in my old phone but Angela said she didn't need it. For this reason I feel that Angela knew that the promotion had ended and she did me an injustice by lying to me. I feel that the sales associate mislead me to gain a sale and her manager is not willing to work with me by saying there is nothing he can do. This leads me to believe that they are in collusion just to gain sales. I will never use this store again and hopefully people looking for cellular service will not use this store either. In December I upgraded my iPhone with sales associate Angela. My lease payment was quoted as $16.67 until paid for. When I received my first bill it showed my lease payment as $33.34. I called Angela to check on it and she checked with her manager Luis and I was told to wait for three months and it would adjust to the $16.67 payment and I would be retroactive from Jan. 2018 when the first payment was charged. I waited the three months and called back when there was no adjustment. Angela was off so I spoke to manager Luis. He was not aware my situation and had no knowledge of my conversations with Angela. On the day of my purchase they were having computer problems and my contract did, in fact read $33.34 but was assured by Angela that she could not get the amount adjusted because of the problem with the computers. I took her word for it and left with my purchase. At this time I would like to state that my conversation with Luis was less than satisfactory. He only said that there was nothing he could do. He did not suggest that he would talk to Angela and get back with me, he did not say I'm sorry only that he did not know what he could do about it. How is that for a manager. Luis, I'm sorry but your management skills need polished up some.

    The worst costumer service I experienced EVER! Very poor trained personnel... Well my story is too long, but to short the story, I referred my Mom to change her carrier from Verizon to Sprint, since I had a flat rate with them for about 4 years, and had no problems with my bills. This guy Luis in this place told my Mom that they will take care of all the termination fees with Verizon, (she also said you don't even need to deal with Verizon anymore and we will take care of everything!). She also said by leasing an iPhone 7 plus, and turning the Verizon's iPhone 6 in to Sprint, my Mom will get a $27 credit back on each bill. (She will pay something around $32 for the new phone, so totally she has to pay about $6 for the new phone) She said my Mom will receive a box in mail to send her iPhone 6 to Sprint once she receives the new phone. After one and a half months my Mom received her iPhone 7 plus, but she was waiting for the box to send her iPhone 6 for 1.5 more months. So we went to this place to turn the old phone in (to get our credit on our bill back). But now she was told that, she will get a $135 for the iPhone 6, and they are sorry that the information about the credit is not true! Then we realized that the bill even is higher than what we were told, because of my Mom's credit! (We have never been told that the credit will be checked! otherwise we would get it under my father's which has a perfect credit.) I asked them to change it to my father's name but they said she needs to pay for the early termination fee!!! Alright, next is we showed them the bill my Mom received from Verizon for early termination fee. They told us that they will give my mom the $135, only for the iPhone 6, so she can pay the early termination fee!!! Again they said "Sorry that the information provided to you was not correct". I mean, really?!!! Just sorry? You made someone to switch from Verizon to Sprint with some lies, and you are saying sorry?!!! At last I asked them OK I think it's better for my Mom to go back to Verizon, and they told me that she needs to pay about $500 for early termination fee!!! I found out that we could get $100 each because I referred them that no one ever told us that either. The guy told me that I could get some credit by adding them under my contract (that is not true either). Anyways it's too late now... This is absolute theft! DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD THE FOLKS AT THIS PLACE TELL YOU. They defiantly need a lot more training. I mean "a lot". I have to pay all the extra costs to my Mom just because I made this mistake and refereed her to Sprint... I regret that...
