If I could give a zero I would. I have been here three times and each time the staff has failed to greet me in a timely fashion and it is often even difficult to figure who works here as everyone appears to be chatting with each other. I had an appointment but that seemed to mean nothing. The security guard, yes, the security guard, apologized to me for the lack of urgency in the staff to help customers. After a member of the staff finishes with a customer instead of meeting with you, they chat for a few minutes. When I asked who the manager was, Anthony said three names and when asked who maager on duty was, he said no one. When my phone issue could not be resolved I asked what he called do. He said nothing and I should call customer service. My whole point being there was my phone broke. The whole place is like a clubhouse where the customer is the uninvited member. AT&T should be embarrassed.

Clean..layout is nice but there's no staff!!! My 1st visit on 4/23/18 wasn't helpful. My 2nd visit today was much better but I couldn't wait 45mins. At least it was suggested to me to schedule an appt. online for quicker service.

My wife and I went to this store to upgrade our phones. As is the tradition with AT&T, the sales representative brought our all kinds of other devices that we could bundle into our upgrade - speakers, tablet computers, etc. We weren’t interested. But, then she explained to us that AT&T was running a special promotion, and that we could take home the BLAST ultimate ears Bluetooth speaker for free. Better yet, if we took it, we’d save $5 per month on our monthly bill. It seemed too good to be true, so we asked her multiple times. “Wait, so this is free?” “Yes.” “There will not be a monthly charge for it?” “Thats right.” “Are you sure?” “Absoultely, it’s a special promotion.” We just got our first of 12 charges for $21.58 - because we have to pay for the speaker. The sales rep just lied to us. There is no other way to look at it. So, if you have to go to this store - be very wary. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

They legit don't update online orders, and they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES IN THE STORE. I ordered a phone and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. Its now 1.5 days later, and they have helped in no way shape or form. What kind of retail store doesn't answer phones. Especially for something as important as mobile devices?! In the future, I will travel anywhere else to avoid this place.
