  Dawn Davis is my NP who works along side of Dr Iannetti in HPB CMC main. They all are very caring and helpful people it’s real too. Truly real. I love them all.

  I appreciate meeting the whole Surgical team and the complete explanation of what to expect with a Laparoscopic Repair, if possible, to an Open Repair based on the size of my Hernia?!? This was all thoroughly explained to me by Dr. Kercher, with whom I feel Very Comfortable & Confident with preforming either Laparoscopic Repair or Open Repair!?!

  I walked in for my appointment after having checked in online beforehand, and they turned me away because I was 6 minutes late due to parking being half a mile from the office. There was no grace period whatsoever… the woman “helping” me at the desk would not even go ask him if he could take me once I walked in. In the rudest tone she said “he already marked you as a no show because it will put him behind schedule”. So 6 minutes without needing to check in will put a doctor behind schedule? The amount of times patients have to wait long after their appointment times is uncountable yet my appointment gets cancelled due to a small delay in the arrival time without any mentioning of that in my appointment confirmation? The double standard is ridiculous. All in all, the lady was super disrespectful and rude, and this is overall bad customer service especially for medical issues.

  A wonderful experience during a trying time. Ms Stephanie Robinson coordinating our out of state visits were flawless. I was extremely fortunate to have expert surgery by world renowned Dr T Heniford. Health Care as it should be! Atrium Health NC is 1st Class.

  This was my first visit with Dr. B. Todd Heniford. He took his time, was very detailed, and explained everything. Dr. Heniford then told me what he wanted form me while waiting for insurance approval and said he was going to have me meet with a few other doctors on his team to make sure I was in shape for the surgery. I have never felt so confident in a surgeon before. His team is awesome!!!!
