  April/ Tran is an Awesome Nail Tech / Conversationalist and Joy to talk to. She also gave great advice as to how to remedy my problem. I scheduled same day, had a little wait but it was worth it!!! I will definitely patronize this nail business.

  Always have an excellent experience when visiting Athenian Nail Bar. The facilities are great, services are excellent, techs are hard-working - and especially the young lady up front handling the desk. She always does her best to get me in on time, though it's not always possible. Scott did a great job hooking up our drinks. I really enjoy this place and look forward to future visits. After yesterday, my husband is sold too (his first trip with me) !! Thanks!

  Long time customer... *Resolved* I've been coming to Athenian since it opened when both Jason and Scott were joint owners. If one were to pull up my history. I've been a frequent customer, coming in every 2 weeks to get services. I recently came back to Athenian after a few months of a break as; I had been travelling for work. Anyway, within 2 days my nails begin to chip. First it was the thumb. It wasn't a big deal so I did not bother coming in. By the following week (6 Days after my initial appointment) 3 nails chipped horribly, others also begin to chip, but I only asked for 3 to be repaired. I paid $61 for the service but did not have time during the week to come in to get them repaired. I came in today, Saturday, March 31st, to get the repairs done. I came in as a walk-in. I understand Saturdays are busy, so a wait is expected. However, an hour later, nothing is said. No one even offered to say, let me at least soak those 3 nails so when someone else is soaking in a pedicure, they can paint your nails. This is not far fetched as my services have been interrupted during plenty of visits before so that a quick service could be completed for a return customer. I will not be coming back to Athenian. I love my nail tech, but I cannot deal with the lack of customer service that I have had time and time again, but let pass because I loved the nail techs that I had. *Update* I think it's important to acknowledge when people genuinely care. I have since had a conversation with the manager Scott and clarified the missing pieces to the story he was provided and he was more than apologetic and accommodating to making certain that a situation like this does not happen again. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because I appreciate the fact that he was willing to discuss, own and resolve the issue!

  This was my first visit to Athenian Nail Spa. I live east of Nashville so this was quite a travel for me. It was highly recommend because of the superb service given. They did not disappoint. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to my manicurist. The atmosphere was a bar slash relaxing Spa if that's even possible. The front part was a bar lots of conversation and laughter. In the bag was the relaxing Spa. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

  Top notch business!! Great service!! I have visited this place several timesMy good buddy, Josh Campbell, and his wife frequent this establishment a few times a month. They always have nothing but positive things to say. Highly recommend!! Great customer service and a fun atmosphere!
