::I had an appt before they closed and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and reschedule. I went there only to find the doors locked and a note on the door. Now when you call you can't get ahold of anyone and they never return your call. Go somewhere else, not worth the hassle.

::They closed and didn't tell their patients, my dentist is right across the street so I got the tea, many paid for dentures that they now can't get and will have to repay wherever else they go. Aspen Dental is the worst, I went to the one in Colorado Mills October 2021, thank God I never paid them any of my money because I knew they were shady, did a horrid cleaning and I even told the collectors I'm not paying them a dime. Go check out stop Aspen Dental it's a group on Facebook. The. Worst.

::Business is shady at best. My insurance paid over $1250.00 and I paid over $1,250.00 out of pocket for partials I don’t have and now they won’t return a phone call and office is always closed. I understand the company has changed hands and now no one returns calls to tell me where my refund is. This has been going on since Feb 2022!! Find another office and dentist to go to … looks like I will need to lawyer up.

::I would give ZERO STARS if possible. When Dr Stoll is available, he is only in this office once every other Thursday. Phones are rarely answered during business hours.. I scheduled a filling replacement in January with Dr Stoll and day of appointment I was told I would be seeing Dr Brad instead, whom I had never met or heard of before. I wish I had rescheduled.. Dr Brad gave me the worst filling replacement. There is now a cold sensitive space between my teeth and my tooth has sharp edges left from his work. I have requested several times with the (constantly changing) office staff that I only want to see Dr Stoll but I feel like I’m being forced to see Dr Brad. 45min before my appointment today I get a call confirming my appointment with Dr Brad! Now it’s six months post terrible filling from Dr Brad, and I’m officially done being patient. This office should do the right thing and pay so I can have this shoddy work redone somewhere else if Dr Stoll is unavailable, but when I asked I was never responded to. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here unless all you need is a cleaning twice a year.. jk go somewhere else regardless.

::This team is phenomenal! The receptionist was super sweet and helpful! Both the assistant and dentist were amazing with my 3yr old, and he's skittish with dentists. Definitely recommend trying this office out if you're looking for one! Bonus, Medicaid is accepted here!
