  A great gym and very supportive environment. I have been a member for a year and a half and have been consistently going 4 to 5 days a week. Before this I have not stuck with any other form of exercise for more than 6 months. All the coaches really want to set you up for success. Contrary to popular belief you don’t need to be in shape to start just the desire to improve your fitness level wherever it may be.

  Such a wonderful gym! The coaches are extremely supportive and very knowledgeable. The community is amazing as well. I've only been there a few months and already I feel like I'm a part of the family.

  Hands down the best fitness facility I have ever been to!! The coaches are unbelievably knowledgeable and incredibly motivating. The culture of the gym is one of total inclusion, acceptance, and support for one another. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. I have found my fitness home at last!

  Arsenal Strength is my home away from home. I’ve been a member for nearly 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join. The close-knit community does such a great job of welcoming anyone who walks through the door, no matter the skill level or experience. It honestly feels like a family to me. The coaches are motivational and informative, really emphasizing technique and also constantly reminding everyone to enjoy every moment. They have really helped me make great strides in my physical fitness, as well as my own self-doubts when I feel like giving up on a workout. I would recommend Arsenal Strength to anyone and everyone.

  Brooks and his team at Arsenal went out of their way to make me feel like I was a part of the family. I was always very intimidated by CrossFit previously and never thought I could “do it.” I signed up for the “New You” 6-week challenge in the summer of 2016 and was very nervous but excited. Much to my surprise, I had nothing to be nervous about. There is a great emphasis on proper training techniques while at the same time motivating you to work harder. While I am not a regular member, I would have no hesitation recommending Arsenal Strength to any of my friends who are looking to get into CrossFit in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
