::A great gym and very supportive environment. I have been a member for a year and a half and have been consistently going 4 to 5 days a week. Before this I have not stuck with any other form of exercise for more than 6 months. All the coaches really want to set you up for success. Contrary to popular belief you don’t need to be in shape to start just the desire to improve your fitness level wherever it may be.

::Brooks and his team at Arsenal went out of their way to make me feel like I was a part of the family. I was always very intimidated by CrossFit previously and never thought I could “do it.” I signed up for the “New You” 6-week challenge in the summer of 2016 and was very nervous but excited. Much to my surprise, I had nothing to be nervous about. There is a great emphasis on proper training techniques while at the same time motivating you to work harder. While I am not a regular member, I would have no hesitation recommending Arsenal Strength to any of my friends who are looking to get into CrossFit in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
