  I went in looking for my wedding dress. The lady was Very attentive! She helped my pick out 5 dresses that were All the correct size. She wasn't pushy nor rude. I do understand she is foreign and may come off rude to some people, but I had absolutely no problems. If you don't go in with the "Bridezilla" mentality, you're Going to have a bad experience. But if you go in with an open mind, but have in mind of what you're after, you'll enjoy the search for your dress. I will be back for the bridesmaid dresses and my mother-of-the-bride dress.

  I walked in during the prime of prom season and they were SO kind! I normally wear a small in dress size but they insisted I try an extra small (I'm about 130 pounds). Though they had many other girls searching for dresses, they were really helpful in assisting me with zipping up my dress and they checked on me a lot to make sure I didn't need anything. As soon as they saw what I liked, they shifted the search to those types of dresses. It was so helpful and made my choice super easy for a dress!

  BLOWN AWAY at the lack of customer service and blatant rudeness experienced by the lady in this store. I purchased a gown for my daughter's wedding from here but when going in she immediately directed me away from the gowns I liked and was looking at and took me to the dresses that were more suited for the elderly. Then when I grabbed my size in some of the ones I liked, she said no you need bigger. You choose too small And she grabbed 1 and 2 sizes bigger. My daughter was getting angrier with each rude comment she'd make (but held her tongue). Fyi the dress that fit perfectly, and I bought ended up being the size I picked not the ones up to 2 sizes larger! Then I took a couple friends in there today to look for gowns for our company's Christmas party, and she wad very rude from the moment we walked in. She was pretty much pushing us out of the store telling us she was closing the store for 30 minutes. She told one of my friends that wanted to try on the ones she liked that she would only allow her to try on 3 gowns because we were not buying and only trying them on for fun. We specifically told her when we walked in that we were looking for our company Christmas party. She was very rude to my friend as well about dress sizes, and she's tiny! Literally wears extra small in womens, but the lady was even rude to her about the size she thought she needed. After reading review after review and seeing that it seems everyone has had similar experiences with her, I'm amazed that this store is even still open! I wish now I hadn't bought the other dress there 2 weeks ago. I've never met someone that is so rude to customers from minute one of walking in the store.

  We went in there looking for a bridesmaid dress for my sister. When we first walked in we saw a lady behind the counter and she looked at us and asked in a very irritable voice if she could help us. Almost like it was an inconvenience that we walked into the store. When we told her that we were just looking around she disappeared for a couple minutes then came out asking what we were looking for. After we told her, she then proceeded to say that we should come back in the spring because the color we were looking for was a springtime color. Although they did have a few dresses that were the color we needed. When we found one that my sister thought was pretty, the lady said that it was a special occasion dress and not a bridesmaid dress. Um a wedding is a special occasion. She also said the price was too much to be considered a bridesmaid dress. It's not her business how much we want to spend on a dress. Not only was she being super rude but it's like she was trying to push us out the door. Needless to say I will NOT be shopping there anymore and will not recommend them to anyone.
