  Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! Our total was incorrect, we knew it was. Ashley D and Tracy were certain it was right but after a lengthy argument Tracy realized she was wrong and that we were overcharged. Never again will I deal with these people.

  Old navy jeans quality is down and the fact that my husband can no longer wear their jeans anymore bc they decided to change them,is really frustrating bc we bought them all the time! Looks like we will be shopping at Kohls now for his jeans!
