  Outstanding pastries and bread! I went for a grandma slice and stayed for the laminated pastries and INSANE babka. Get the babka, it’s airy and chewy and light, with a delicate crumb and crust. It reminded me more of From Roy’s panettone than babka. A truly outstanding pastry, unlike any other babka I’ve had.

  Best baguette in NYC and amazing croissants!!! Sandwiches are yummy too. 5 stars for the food for SURE. The hours aren’t super convenient unless you work in the area and the people who work there are unpleasant at best but the food is good enough to make up for those facts.

  Some of the best baked goods you'll find in NYC at this out of the way hole in the wall. Everything from the croissants to the baguettes to the pizzas are worth stopping in for.

  Not so much a bakery as an indent in a hallway, but there is some seating available. I just ate one of the best pastries I ever had in my life. It was labeled a chocolate hazelnut danish, but it was more like a chocolate filled croissant baked atop a crust of caramelized hazelnut. I was not previously aware that my life was incomplete, but it was and so is yours until you eat this heavenly breakfast food. Regular coffee is available, no espresso.

  baguette is the best in nyc pizza game is 100 parlour coffee and a beautiful spot to sit for a second and chat or just read, my favourite ulterior motive when I'm in Chinatown during the day this place is a must. pear vanilla baguette is unbelievable
