  This particular location is horrible. Went to get my child a kids meal he received as a reward for good grades and the manager denied giving him his meal. This location has the worst service ever. Always have to wait for my food more than 30 minutes, when it is brought out the food is cold and drinks never get refilled. When ticket is brought out to you they stop asking if you need anything. Bathrooms are dirty and staff, especially the manager, are jerks. I would have rated this place a negative 5 stars but that option was not available.

  The food wasnt really up to par unfortunately. I also don't know why they change their menu so much! Buffalo chicken was the bomb, why did they get rid of it!! Also, they're wings use to be good! They changed the recipe! Also... The server wasn't very experienced, he was a noob which I think sucks when you're paying for a service. I understand they need to learn and start somewhere... But not at my expense. Applebee's was great food and great atmosphere about 10 years ago... Now it's just a place to eat something cause there's no wait.

  Waiters arw slow to come by had to wait for refill of drink for a long time tjeu came almost when we were done and thats cuz my husband called another waiter for it

  Good service and good but not great food

  Great service by our waitress and waiter. We were a group of 11, got seated within 10 minutes on a Saturday at 10 at night. The waiters were great, taking care of our 4 children without us even knowing.
