  Great staff, huge potatoes. Beans need some flavor. Ribs and brisket very tasty.

  I travel between el paso and Austin alot. In my opinion Desert Oaks brisket, beef ribs and sausage are better than anything in the austin. This includes Franklin's, LA BBQ and on.

  Loaded baked potato with brisket is delicious! I can only eat half and have the other half for dinner or lunch next day. The green chile and cheese rice is gooood, the ribs are a little pricey, but well worth it. And they are only available on Saturday. The beans have some kick. The banana pudding is worth getting. Don't miss out on this food.
