  After banking with this company for 12 years and having numerous bad experiences I've pulled all of my money from their accounts and taken my business to a bank that works for/with their customer. Total disregard for the needs of a customer and their time!! They sell you their policies as if they keep you safe but ultimately just makes doing business extra complicated. While standing in line the other day I heard another customer ask if the bank worked for them or the people taking money out of their account. Could not agree more!! I find this bank to be self-righteous and posh for no good reason. If you want a bank that actually takes care of you this is not the place. You will have to visit their location multiple times for a simple issue and they will pick the easier route for themselves and make you pick up the slack. Literally got to listen to the teller staff exchange booths and argue over who got what envelope holder while I waited for 35 minutes for someone to assist me. Mind blown - do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere if you value your time

  I’ve never had an account with this bank but a bank is only as good as how they conduct business. Their management team set up 3 separate interviews at separate locations, introduced me to the team, and proceeded to offer me a start date, as to which I cleared my schedule, but the next day they sent me an email, offering no explanation, claiming they had decided to go in another direction. As a community bank who claims to put its people first , I would expect a lot more. As a community bank you guys should be going about your business with respect for all people involved. Very disappointed, especially coming from a “community bank”. Conducting interviews is fine, expected. Introducing me to the team, offering me a start date, and then proceeding go in another direction without a single exploration is simply unethical.

  They accept life for what it is, which all banks should. Their bank accountants are truly dedicated to helping their customers understand their own money...lol there's been multiple time they waited for me or rather she did!!!! She's super smart professional and laid back. This one is for you girl...thanks Jackie is the best!

  The staff and especially the Loan officers are amazing, I have used them for my Business for two years but me and my family have used them for 20 years. When I applied for a SBA loan I have a lot of confusion but Brandon Gates took the time and showed great support and help that far exceeded my exceptions. I would recommend this bank to any one, I was raised with my family using them, and now I'm going to raise my family using them.

  As a entrepreneurs, real-estate investors, and small business owners, we literally cannot say enough about how amazing they have been to do business with. They stream line processes, solve problems BEFORE they happen, have the highest level of communications possible, and facilitate growth. They are an amazing addition to our economy and culture in Colorado Springs. If you want to be treated like a person with potential instead of just an account, use ANB Bank.
