  I’ve never had an account with this bank but a bank is only as good as how they conduct business. Their management team set up 3 separate interviews at separate locations, introduced me to the team, and proceeded to offer me a start date, as to which I cleared my schedule, but the next day they sent me an email, offering no explanation, claiming they had decided to go in another direction. As a community bank who claims to put its people first , I would expect a lot more. As a community bank you guys should be going about your business with respect for all people involved. Very disappointed, especially coming from a “community bank”. Conducting interviews is fine, expected. Introducing me to the team, offering me a start date, and then proceeding go in another direction without a single exploration is simply unethical.

  Not very many locations in town any more and all the ATM's seam to be down all the time. Have to go from one side of town to the other just to get some money out.

  Andy( like toy story ) was amazing ! Opened my new account today ! She was very sweet, fast and explained everything to me step by step. Also helped me enroll in online banking. Definitely recommend. Great customer service.

  I went in to get my out-of-state title notarized, and I was impressed with the great customer service. I had a staff member open the door for me; he offered water and got my title notarized for free. I notice these details when I go to an establishment and was impressed with ANB's first impression. I don't bank with ANB, and I was treated like a client. Thank you! I don't know the guy's name, but he drives a cool Tesla.

  Have been a customer for about 8 or 9 months now. I get my VA disability check every month and it always becomes available the day before the first. For some reason it did not this month. The supervisor at the Circle Dr branch in Colorado Springs was very helpful in resolving this. She was able to explain to me the reasons why it was not available and on top of that she was able to make the funds available today. It always feels good to receive good customer service. This is a good bank and the Circle Dr location is the very best.
