  There were cigarette burn holes in our sheets and blood stains on the quilts. There was pee left on the toilet seat, one of the soaps was unwrapped, and a towel was wet. Saw two drug deals. I didn't mind since I just needed to sleep for 5 hours and leave, but I wouldn't recommend it.

  What a dump. Phone didnt work, Light in the bath room didnt work, it wasnt the bulb, we tried a couple. The smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling. When we entered the room someone had turned the heat to max. Maybe to kill bugs? We left and they thought they would argue the refund until i mentioned the fire marshal may be interested in the missing smoke detector and wiring problems.

  TERRIBLE! Bed bugs in all the rooms I stayed. I’m covered in bites. Our first room had bed bugs crawling on me. We moved rooms to another one filled with bedbugs. They complained about my service dog who was in training and made us move rooms, quite rudely. The last room still had bed bugs. Manager and any front desk worker was very unkind and didn’t care for your health. Room service would just barge in or wouldn’t leave you alone till they give you something. They would mess with your food and other personal items (snooping). I Recommend sleeping in a pile of dirt vs this place. They made me pay $25 dollars extra to clean a stain they claimed my dog made but really wasn’t our stain.

  It was a pleasant stay, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and even helped me out with the wifi! Clean rooms, hot showers, yes please! My only complaint is that the entrance from the road is hard to find I'm a dark section of the street with next to no lighting.

  Being from out of town and just passing through, I didn't know that they were having their roof replaced. When I arrived and saw the the construction and knew it was a bad idea to stay, but I booked it online with no way to refund. Staff said I had to go through the website. The nice lady at the front desk told me that they were done with the wing we would be staying in and they wouldn't start working till 8:30. Was woken up well before 7, workers were yelling at each other, could still hear the pounding in the other wing, and they used a leaf blower by our door multiple times. The sound was probably made worse by the fact that there was about a 1/4 gap in our door, so it didn't keep out the cold or sound.
