  Not happy at all with the customer service of this hotel. I booked a room and within 2 hours had to cancel due to an appointment being rescheduled. They wouldn’t refund my money or even credit me for a future stay. I’ve never dealt with any company this bad before. Do your self a favor and pick another hotel to stay at when in Oklahoma City. I’m very disappointed to say the least. I would give them zero stars if I could. Shame on them!

  Beautiful place. Room are incredibly nice a d clean. Close to great places to eat.

  This location was conveniently located close the airport. It was clean with friendly staff, a great breakfast and good coffee. Rooms we laid out just like other Hyatt Place locations. I would stay here again. In fact, this was my second stay.

  The woman at the front desk was really kind and helpful, so check in was a breeze. The room is big, comfortable, and clean. It really took away the anxiety from driving so far having a nice room to relax in. There's separate nooks for a desk area, lounge/living room, and bed, so it doesn't feel like one big room cramped up. I love it.

  My stay at the Hyatt airport location was great. I had a large group of 28 people and everyone loved it. You can sleep 3 to a room confortably. Rooms were nice and big. Great breakfast and nice staff. One of the best Hyatt’s I been so far.
