I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I’ve always enjoyed going to AMC theaters . The river center amc is a complete embarrassment to the whole franchise. I felt the need to let corporate know how this particular theater makes the whole brand look terrible. They’re horrible and dirty. Starting from management and then leading to the employees. I purchased tickets online and waited my turn in line only to get to the cashier for her to say she was new and didn’t know how to process these particular tickets. She was alone in the front on a busy Friday night. I had to get out of line and then go to another line to wait on the very rude manager. Who by the way shouldn’t be. Did he forget the reason he has a job is because customers buy tickets there. He was upset he had to type in the codes for the tickets because the scanner wasn’t working. By the time all of this was done. My kids in I were stuck sitting in the front row with cramps in our neck to watch this movie. All because nobody knew what to do. He offered no apologies for the ignorance of this theater. Not even a thank you for my business. Bathrooms were disgusting I’m surprise this place is still operational. I felt the need to write corporate because believe me when I say I’ve heard so many bad things about this theater. With the things I experienced here I promise you I will never return. It’s sad too because every other AMC isn’t like this but if this particular one doesn’t care about having Buisness they make the other ones in other areas and states look the same. Whoever owns this one obviously doesn’t care and you can tell. Why must they ruin it for other AMC owners.

Very nice movie theater. The seats are very comfortable and clean. The food is delicious and I recommend it. The staff for the most part are kind and friendly. I definitely think you will like this location.

The IMAX theatre was very crammed. The seats were made for 1st graders. I heard the seats in the regular theatre are nice but if you plan on doing the IMAX theatre be prepared to feel like a sardine. After a 3 hour movie my entire body is sore. Also had to pay 20 dollars for parking! Yikes

A little pricey, but a great movie-going experience otherwise. Love that you can access your pre-purchased tickets right there at the front. Very clean. Great seats.

This place has been upgraded since the last time we were here. The theaters are comfortable with the reclining seats, easy to operate, and spacious. The snack bar has been upgraded and you'll pay about the same as other theaters. They have a fully stocked bar with beer and liquor, if that is your thing. I had a minor snafu with my AMC app, but I spoke to a manager and he took care of the issue right on the spot. No questions after I told him what happened. I ended up renewing my AMC Premier membership just based on the service here alone. Premier members don't pay fees ordering tickets online and when you arrive, they have a specific line just for Premier members! Restrooms were clean and handicap accessible. The 4 stars was just because there are only 1 set of restrooms and if you're at a movie at the far end, with a small child, you sort of have to rush down there and back to not miss a lot of the movie. Food choices were also great. Take advantage of the Premier membership, it's most definitely worth it. You'll get you money back on just a couple of visits. Guaranteed!! Lots of pictures of various spots and amenities. And don't forget to validate your parking ticket (I believe it's still 3 hours) and if you stay a little over the 3 hours, you'll pay a couple of dollars in case you decide to shop. Just remember to pay for your parking before you get.to the exit at the kiosk because they don't do cash anymore. Park on Level D, it takes you straight to the theater.
