  Hard to get a hold of, small gym

  Phone doesn’t work, treadmills are all broken. No one answers phone once signed up. Probably the worst gym experience I have ever had. I joined this place to get in shape, but rather die of obesity than deal with this place any longer.

  Usually empty, very small though, 24 hrs, kept fairly clean by users

  Joined on a 3 month promo. Offers enough to get a good workout in, but as others have mentioned, all the equipment is old and some of it barely functions (furthest thing from their "state-of-the-art" equipment claim on their website). The space seems to be a converted apartment turned into a gym, and as such is extremely small and cramped. It will do the job if you want a personal space to work out with basic equipment needs, but IMO doesn't even come close to justifying a $35/mo price tag. Will be looking for other options

  The owners are super helpful when joining/canceling and there is everything you need to get a good workout, and is super convenient and close for anyone that lives in Mount Washington. However the equipment is not the nicest you can get for the price you pay per month. The leg press hardly even moves, and the cable machines are tough to use. This isn't a huge deal breaker though. All they really need is a little TLC and maybe some grease and this would be a great little gym!!
