  I went in for my 1st initial visit today. This is my first trial. From the get go I was addressed with a very pleasant receptionist. Jennie Nelson then came to greet me and take me back to do the initial paperwork. She was extremely professional and sweet. She made my anxiety vanish into thin air. We spoke about required questions, zodiac signs, jobs we've previously had and other chit chat. I also met the Dr who we have shared our same last name. We could very well be distant cousins. It is a small world after all. She answered any questions I had concerning the trial with professionalism, humor, and respect. I pray I qualify for this trial, not only to improve health, but to see my new friends at Albuq. Clinical Trials. Thank you all so much for making me feel important.

  I did a Migraine study, and the staff was amazing, and super helpful/proactive. they were always available when needed! definitely recommend this place 😊

  Everyone at this office was amazing! The front reception was warm and friendly, by offering me refreshments. When I went back to see the coordinators, everyone was very thorough in making sure all my questions were answered, making sure that risks were explained, and solidified my decision to pursue an opportunity to test out new medications that could help with my chronic migraines. Special shoutout to Valerie and Christine for being so knowledgeable and friendly during the whole process.

  I’ve been coming here for approximately 4 years. I absolutely love this facility! For someone who isn’t offered insurance at my job and can’t afford it, this is a great way to get help with my migraines. Everyone here is so kind and helpful from the front desk personnel to Kim and Brandy and all the way up to David. I’m always talking to people about ACT and how much help they have been for me!
