  Unbelievably rude and unhelpful staff, Karen at the front desk was nasty on two separate occasions. We had called twice and were told our (expensive) item would be ready on Saturday or Sunday, on Monday and it isn't done yet and we are leaving town. Awful service, DO NOT GO HERE there are plenty of better options in Anchorage.

  I have used this business for over 20 years, with few problems. I highly recommend them.
