I had been going to Queens Dry Cleaners for years as an established customer. Recently, I had brought in several new dress/casual shirts to be pressed. When I went in to pick them up, they had no record of them. They had lost them. Like most, I did not have my receipt. I asked the owner on several occasions to contact me which she never did. I brought in my receipt for the shirts showing that timeline. I believe they were either given to the wrong customer or possibly stolen (they were rather nice shirts). When I asked the owner if she thought I was "lying," she said nothing. Almost agreeing with me... They did not offer compensation for the lost items. Not even store credit. I would strongly discourage patroning this business.

Most of the staff are great. Their work is top notch. One rude staff person though ruins the experience. I'll not be back, I'll take my business elsewhere and warn my friends off.

Great overall, nice staff, quality work, and pricing. They have 4-5 parking spots reserved for the queen's customers.

I've been going to Queens for a while years and they've always done a good job with my laundry but I've never felt compelled to write a review until today. I noticed one of my favorite shirts was missing that I'd had laundered 2-4 weeks ago and was replaced by a crappy kirkland shirt that I probably wouldn't wipe my armpits with. I went in (Without a receipt) and just had a few collar tags left over to identify my items. 4-5 people dropped what they were doing to go on a goose chase for a large fitted striped shirt based on my description - and I wasn't even positive about the Brand - but they found my shirt! This was the only time in 15-20 experiences I've ever had an issue and I didn't think I would ever see my beloved shirt again but they surprised me. The fact that 4 people helped look for it means they probably don't lose shirts very often. They earned my continued laundry and dry cleaning business.
