  Great service out of Logan Airport. Quick service on a busy day, gave me an upgrade rather than making me wait for a midsize to come in like other companies do sometimes. Return was quick and easy to. Best of all the price was right for new, low mileage car.

  I waited in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Lines at other rental places were longer and were cleared in half the time. The agents were very nice and I had no problems getting my car, but they spent too much time doing everything but helping customers. Eating, talking on phone, talking to each other... My car smelled like smoke when I got in and the low tire light was on. I told the garage attendant and he just said “they all look fine to me.” I can say the car got me around and did it’s job, they just need to work on their customer service.

  OUTSTANDING experience with this company. In this day of zero customer service, the counter agent was extremely pleasant and very professional. She treated me as if I was the companies most important customer. I will definitely rent from this company again.

  Poor customer service. Avoid this car rental agency. They are very small and don't know how to take care of the customers they have. I reserved a compact car and they gave me a minivan. I was by myself on business and did not need/want a minivan, but they told me that's all they had. When I brought the minivan back the lady did not want to check it in right away and said leave it and we will email you the receipt. However I needed the final receipt for my work and had to go to the counter and wait another 30 minutes for them to call down to the garage to get them to check in the minivan. I almost missed my flight because of this needless delay. I'll never rent from Advantage or EZ Car (same company) again.

  Don't believe anything these people tell you as far as pricing. We waited over an our to pick up our rental car. We were not told about tolls on the local highways that were all setup electronically, with no option to pay in person, and then charged $25 each time we went through these tolls. A 3 day rental was quoted at $42. The cost of tolls (3 tolls, one leaving airport and one returning, and one other) was over $73 after the fact. We received no receipt or notice, just the random charge on our credit card. When I called to request assistance on the charges, I was told to read my contract as "this was a valid charge", even though they confirmed that they didn't offer me any other option to pay these tolls at the time of booking. Pretty great business model if you ask me. If I could rate this company a zero star, I would.
