  I was concerned about reviews, but I had a superb experience. I was delighted with the top rated Kia Soul for a compact car and service from the women in Boston was top notch. Based on our interaction, I will rent from E-Z again.

  Fast, E-Z, and inexpensive, with absolutely immaculate vehicles, low mileage, great service. Not as big as some of the other agencies, but high end personal customer service only attainable from great training, and taking care of each and every client. Highly recommended.

  The customer service I received from Janet and Barbara was horrible. This was not a ez process. Please make sure you bring your patience. There was no car ready for me. The overall experience was not pleasant. I will never rent from them again. I travel from Atlanta to this area about 3 or 4 times a year and they have lost my business.

  Do you like when clerks leave at the end of their shift and their replacement comes 10 minutes later because the company cares more about overtime than customer service? Do like waiting 20 minutes as one customer ties up the line because he can't find his reservation email and the clerk won't ask him to step aside? Do you like being charged for the toll pass even after you declined because of a communication confusion? Then I have a rental car company for you! The car was brand new, so that was nice. But a snow brush would have been nice (since 5" of snow was forecast).

  Haven't received the final bill but money aside, this was a great, easy rental experience. I wasn't expecting much not knowing the brand, and instead it was (relatively) efficient, thorough, and fair. We will absolutely rent here again.
