::Poor business practices, claiming they’ve sent refunds through the mail no tracking. No proof of phone calls. The doctor was great no problem with him. Office needs to get it together. Never experienced this before. No attempt to find out what happen just claiming it was sent but want to charge to issue the check again. Be prepared to pay more than the negotiated rate by the insurance.

::Awesome place! From the min. I called to make an appt til Ieft everyone was super nice. I felt comfortable,as I could have considering I was having a root canal, from first second I entered office. Staff was super nice. Dr. WALTZ WAS WONDERFUL. He talked to me and explained enough, not too much. Didn't hurt me at all. I had no problems at all once I left either and it's been about 3 weeks. I will recommend to everyone. Price was very reasonable too for what I had do

::I had a really great experience today with Dr. Denitto. He and his assistant, Kayleigh I think, were very kind and patient with me - answered all of my stupid questions. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never had a root canal before, but the procedure went smoothly and painlessly. Money well spent.

::Dr. Waltz and his staff were excellent. They took care of my root canal retreatment and referred me to a specialist for my crown. I highly recommend advanced endodontics.

::They are the most rude and unprofessional group of people I have ever see in my life. Very nasty and aggressive staff who show no consideration for privacy of your protected health information or your health care. Literally the dentist and office manager were yelling at patients in the lobby over a billing question. There also is no privacy for treatment either. Save your money and dignity by not letting these shady people near you or your loved ones.
