  Took a pair of high-end shoes for multiple repairs. When I picked up my shoes, the leather's color was changed and wrong color heels were added. Note, did not need any work, other than a heel repair, but they made a color change to the leather. The owner said the innocent shoe was impacted to match the repaired shoe-- SMMFH! I asked him to reverse or repair the color change and he said he could. However, he could not. Short is, my shoes look extremely worse than I left them. To make matters worse, I was blamed for the horrible results. NEVER AGAIN!!!😡😡😡

  This place works miracles! I had a bleach spot on a pair of grey leather shoes and now the spot is gone. In fact, I think the shoes look better than they did when I bought them! They undercharged me for the service (it was a more intensive fix than they predicted) and didn't charge more when I picked them up. This is an honest and quality business.

  Great work. Shortened a strap on a very old briefcase with great craftsmanship. Also does great work on shoes.

  I stopped in to pick up some shoe shine and Stanley was super helpful. Also, they offered to do a full repair of the shoe or $8. Will definitely be going there when I'm not catching a plane out of town in a few hours. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.
