  Tried this place today because my go-to Nail Salon right next door was packed and there was a wait for like 45 min so I thought let’s try this place out. The place looked really nice, but their staff isn’t really welcoming. I definitely expect a friendly welcome, especially when I’m the only customer. The girl who did my nails didn’t seem really motivated doing my nails. I got a gel manicure and it looks horrible, first off all when she filed my nails she cut me right in my finger and didn’t even say sorry or looked at it - it still hurts (see in the picture). My nails look totally uneven and I don’t expect that this gel will hold really long. Also she was cleaning one of the nail instruments while she did my nails. Shouldn’t that already be clean and sterilized? I also want to mention that she was sipping on her ice coffee and didn’t even ask me if I would like some water. (Again I was the only person in the place) Last but not least the price I paid 47$ for a horrible gel manicure is ridiculously expensive! Just go to the nail salon next door way better and cheaper that place is always packed. Now I know why I was the only customer there. I’ll definitely not coming back I’m really mad that I paid that high price for such a bad service.

  will never go here again. I made an appointment and when I arrived the next day they looked at me like I was crazy. the staff proceeded to tell me they were running an hour behind and didn't bother to call or email me. they then blamed the fact that they had to "take walk ins" making it seem like it was my problem. there was no effort to apologize or right size the situation. as a new business in Hoboken who is trying to get new clients and a good reputation I'd expect more.

  I got my nails my eyebrows and my hair done here. The people are so nice. Best customer service ever I loved it. Jennifer did such a good job with my hair, cuz my hair it's curly and she did such a lovely job ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  This is not your run of the mill, walk in for a quick mani-pedi salon and that's EXACTLY what I was looking for. The owner is a hair stylist and makeup artist who is beyond kind and full of energy and goes above and beyond for her customers. My nail tech was down to earth, fun and related and VERY good at her job, in addition to the fact that she is a talented nail artist. She took her time and paid attention to every last detail in both my mani and pedi and my SNS manicure is PERFECTION. Its been over a week and both my nails and cuticles still look immaculate. This will be my new go-to place and I don't mind carving out time to plan and make an appointment every couple weeks.
