  When we arrived at USA Autos in Mesa it was near closing time on a Friday evening, so we didnt know what to expect. Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Since nearly everyone had left for the day, the owner (Rick) sat down with us, answered all my wife's questions and then walked us around the lot to look at vehicles that fit in to the payment range she desired. She picked a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ (that just arrived and not actually in the inventory yet) We came back the next morning so they could have time to get tge Cruze ready for us, signed the documents that were ready and waiting for us and we drove off happy as could be. Truly an enjoyable experience, they make you feel like they are happy to see you and want to help.

  399 is a bunch of b.s.! They sent me to a different car dealership if you even wanna call it that . every car was more than the 399 and they had mechanical problems , dings on every car , and dont expect to get one with low miles. I took a 2014 little compact car with 40xxx something miles which seemed decent (even though they wanted 250 a week for payments) so i went to show a friend to see what she thought about it , i turned off the car to go knock on her door come back out , tried to start the car and nothing. I had to borrow some jumper cables from the repair shop next to her house to get a jump just to get it back to the lot. I should of left it where it died. I wouldnt recommend that place at all!

  Please .DO NOT GO HERE for a vehicle. Very sketchy business! Do not believe a word that comes out of Laurens mouth! ( Uncle Gus's assistant ). If you need proof of this statement I have it all in black and white.

  I just want to make a huge shout to Gus and Randy. When they say 399 drives they mean 399 drives. Within 20 mins we found a car that suits my needs. They weren't pushy like how most dealers are. They were really helpful from start to finish. They made me feel like I was at home. Thanks you guys! I'm going to make sure I send plenty of referrals to you guys!
