  They rebuilt the motor that's in my car about two months later the motor quit working I contacted them they said that they would warrantee and fix it took my car there waited five days they didn't do a thing when I went to pick up my car they hooked up their scanner tool and deleted the code so the check engine light would shut off

  I had a windshield installed about 3 months ago, they offered a rebate which sounded like a good deal. So I called and talked to Chad and had a appt set up to install my new glass. I explained to them that I had a tint strip on my window and that I wanted it installed with the window. So the day came when they installed the glass and to my dismay there was no tint strip on my window, so I figured they forgot so I called back and they said they would get back to me in a install date to come out. It took over 2 weeks but finally they installed it. So now about 2 1/2 months later I come out in the morning to find a Crack in the glass along the very edge of the window, so I figure bad install no big deal they will fix it. Well did I get a huge surprise when they told me that they sent someone out and that there was a tiny tiny chip in the glass along the bottom edge . Well that's impossible or the glass is a cheap product because I had the glass that was in there for over 2 yrs and sustained many rock hits and never cracked once let alone along the strongest part of the window the edge, the owner Chad told me that I was pretty much out of luck. I explained to him that his glass was cheap and that cracks on windows don't suddenly appear on the edge which is the strongest part of it. This comes down to the almighty dollar and not wanting to replace their mistake. I've never had to replace glass in that short span of time. The owner told me that he didn't care if I left a bad review because he still wasn't going v too replace my window. Yet they preach about the customer is their number 1 priority. Well I think that not making me happy by saving them a windshield was their priority, I will never use dealer auto glass again. And I won't recommend them to anyone, I'm a mechanic and see lots of people worth cracked windows I won't be referring them to him. He list my business for good . And if u don't want crappy cheap glass installed I don't recommend you use them either. They will just tell u its not their fault. BUYER BEWARE.
