  My first experience at 28 strands was wonderful. It's a great atmosphere, good vibes, and very clean. Jessica cut my hair and did my highlights as well. I LOVED! It. She left me feeling flawless and the highlights brightened up my face! I highly recommend Jessica for color and cuts! I also use Jackie, she is superior for blow outs!! I recommend her beach wave blow outs! Amazing !!!!

  Boutique salon, very comfortable. Very cool vibe. High quality work, skilled operators, quality products, with moderate prices. Little hidden gem in Staten Island.
