  I have visited this salon from time to time ever since they opened. They were never very nice but it was clean, affordable & down the block from me so it's where I would go. As time passed it got worse & just yesterday I had to walkout of mine appointment after Kimberly basically yelled at me like a child for being late. I did call to say I was stuck in traffic but with the anger in this ladies eyes, there was no way I was letting her touch me. She looked like she wanted to beat me! It was my last visit under a coupon I purchased but I just rather lose it than be treated so badly. I noticed she was very mean & rough my last 2 visits but put it off as she had a bad day. There is no way I want my pedicure to be painful. It's a shame. They need a personality or personal make over.
