I can't not speak highly enough about this setup. A row of quiet condos right in the middle of campus. Modern, spacious, fully equip. Plenty of outdoor parking, outdoor seating with grille. Can rent one or a set of the condos together for groups. Seems ideal as well for a tailgate. The staff was outstanding with us to make exceptional accommodations due to a difficult family circumstance. They were professional and compassionate. I can highly recommend this stay.

Modern and super convenient. Highly recommend. Take the Waco bus tour while there.

Perfect place to stay in Waco. Centrally located to all the places people want to go. Less than 5 minutes from Magnolia. It really is a boutique hotel like they say.

Jack is a A plus guy and so are these units. Very comfortable and high end. I recommend these as they have everything you would need and they are nice. Also, right in the center of everything so everything is super close drive and they're easy to find. Mark

If I could rank this 0 stars I would. 1. Booked with Jack Herrin on Airbnb for 2015 homecoming. As we drove into town with 5 people, Jack messaged on Airbnb to cancel. Did not offer to find us a place to stay. We stayed far away from campus in a dirty hotel in order to see our relative perform in Baylor Homecoming festivities. 2. Jack promised us a free stay. We asked for 2016 homecoming. He said, "Awesome". 2 weeks prior to 2016 Baylor Homecoming, I messaged to double check on it since I had not heard anything. Jack Herrin told me I did not have it booked. Then he said he did have space for me that weekend, but I would have to book through Airbnb. I was then charged through Airbnb. So I asked about my free weekend due to the inconveniences suffered previous. He then denied me the free weekend on this particular weekend even though he had promised me the year before I could have it. Then he made excuses and his property manager was rude to us as we left. 3. Jack Herrin took no responsibility for his promises and has the worst customer service I have experienced. He may have some cute rentals....but you may not have a place to stay once you get to your destination.
