  I’ve loved living at West Campus Lofts! It’s a small family owned business, so the office makes a point to get to know you. They are very sweet people, and they host a social with a free meal nearly once a week. I haven’t had any major problems with my apartment, but when I need an occasional sink knob tightened, maintenance is really quick to respond. It stays pretty quiet and I rarely ever hear my neighbors. We have a study area, gym, pool, and all utilities are included, so I definitely think it’s worth the price.

  West Campus Lofts is the best apartments I have lived in. They actually respond to your concerns and maintainace problems. They also have special food days every week, which as a college student is a blessing. The rooms are very nice and there isn’t much noise from neighbors. I highly recommend West Campus Lofts to everyone.

  I lived here last year - and it was awesome! Basically, I was bought off the management; that's the value proposition. I absolutely love the management, and they truly care about their residents. In fact, they have events almost every week where they buy you breakfast. I used to attend a christian group there as well. It was so easy to be involved. The best part is the price. So basically, when you're looking for apartments, you don't want to move into the cheapest ones (because obviously it's Waco), yet you don't want to move into the most expensive ones (unless your parents are paying for it). West Campus Lofts gives you the best bang for your buck. There's times I would just sit in the office and talk to the manager there because the staff was so cool. Bills are all paid, which is cool because it sucks to have to set all that up through simple bills. It's pretty close to campus if you have a car. On the 3rd floor you have a gym, and there's a lot of study rooms on each floor. If you can't find a roommate, they'll pair you up - I absolutely loved my roommates. They also let you have pets. Anyways, I would recommend you at least stop by for a tour - you won't regret it!
