  People here are so friendly! Anytime I was just walking around or an employee passed by me, people asked if I was doing okay or if I needed help. Such great service!

  12th Avenue Ace is a wonderful store staffed by helpful and friendly people. You can drive to a big box store and get things a bit cheaper, but then you'd be a schmuck! This place is a Wonderful asset to the neighborhood.

  The guys were very helpful with replacing an old door lock that is different than newer types.

  Service is consistently above and beyond. The employees here are eager to help and knowledgeable. Steve not only found the screws I needed but did the work for me. Exceptional service.

  This place has an amazing amount of almost anything one needs, for repair, maintenance and gardening. They also have everything for that perfect BBQ and outdoor yard party, from pest control to charcoal briquettes, as well as Frisbees, tennis balls and decks of playing cards. Need some Bling covered mace or just a keychain sized protection? They've got it! Chipped car keys can be copied as well as everyday house keys and beyond. And did I mention the extensive collection of repair items for your 100+ year old house that Home Depot won't carry? They've got it! Just like hardware stores? This place is a Toys R Us for adults! You should check it out!
