::Today I was shopping at Home Depot on Santa Fe in Denver CO to buy a SNOW BLOWER in May. It’s not as odd as it may sound, because it was an EGO; last week I bought an EGO electric lawn mower (same store) which is fantastico, and happens to use the same battery as said snow blower, thus my interest. I was assisted by Ean and Nigel who did everything short of dumpster diving to locate said very out of season, stowed away in in the overheads snow blower for my purchase. Can’t say enough good things about these two guys, and they are not the only really great customer service guys at this specific Home Depot store. Once again, many thanks! I may be back again (tomorrow).

::Great Home Depot location. The staff are genuinely helpful. One even noticed an item in my cart and pointed me to a better, cheaper model on a clearance end cap. It is clean and well-staffed.

::Would have put a five star but when we first came in I asked for a driving cart due to being two weeks from actual surgery and leg is extreme pain. The man first sounded helpful told me yes they have them, then finished off with unfortunately there all the way on the other side of store and I'm gonna have to walk and get one. Well not unfortunate for me thanks to my son being with me, are you serious guy, that part should not even came out. But the check out even thou was self checkout, the young lady was very nice and asked if we found every thing alright.

::I've purchased a lot of tools and building material at this location both for myself and for my employer over the years. Always great service and friendly sales associates who really know their inventory and where to locate it. I've never had a problem returning or exchanging items, even without a receipt. Conveniently located next to Interstate 25 at Alameda, it's good for quick shopping trips at reasonable prices. Nice you're on the clock, this location is one of the most convenient near downtown.
