::My mom received cares from this company. They have an RN who negligently tried to change her supera pubic catheter, and when she went to put a new one in, forcefully tried to keep inserting the catheter in her belly button not the catheter site. Causing bleeding and irritation. Always seemed short staffed and never answered their phones after office hours. Leaving my mom without cares at times, and leading us to make several unnecessary trips to the ER for various issues.
