  Felt harassed the whole time I was in there. Me and my husband were trying to look at clothes and the girl working there kept butting in making it very uncomfortable. She kept taking everything out of our hands and making it hard to look, also while looking at thrasher apparel she was breathing down our necks. She continuously would ask us how we’re doing and what we’re looking for and acting like she is qualified to give advice as someone in a clothing store, by continuously I mean every 3 minutes. NO LIE. I don’t need advice from anyone wearing a headband in their 30s! Seriously Zumiez let your customers shop, if we say we’re okay then we are okay. I feel like they wouldn’t leave us alone because my husband is Hispanic and still had black marks on him from the planes at work. This never happens when I go in there alone as a white woman. Racism is alive and well

  I am writhing to make a Complaint against Zumiez location in Tucson AZ at Park Place Mall. They have discriminated against my boyfriend because of how he looked, because he is Mexican and was in his work clothes. They called security when he was exchanging a shirt for a smaller size, security said they do this often and find they do it to those in darker skin tone or those who look ethnic. The manager on tonight told him he is not welcome back and does not have to disclose why. Even other stores would like to make complaints as they hear these complaints often. I plan to never shop at this store or other locations ever again and will be sure everyone in my community is aware of how they treat those who are not white.

  Love the merch, staff is chill as hell and always helps out (is also fun to talk to).
