  I went to Zpizza Wednesday with some coworkers after our conference. Was my second time here and this experience was worse than the first, not only were they using TRASH BAGS as table covers but the wait for food took over an hour. While it was busy with the teacher rally this also happened the last time I dined in. On top of that, my coworkers and I could hear who we presumed to be the Manager yelling at the top of his lungs at his employees in the kitchen. I feel bad for the poor staff, clearly very over worked as they were all running around with their heads cut off. I normally would never write a review but this restaurant never seems to be prepared and is always a filthy mess, surprised they are still up and running. For those in town looking to eat out ANY other restaurants downtown will blow this dump out of the water.

  Restaurant is in a nice location, staff were nice as it was quiet when I walked in (two people at the bar and I think one man waiting for his food), the chicken wings were a disaster, I’ve not experienced this type before, some were burnt, they were all soaky and had a weird spicy taste to them. Tried to eat as many as I could but ended up throwing half of them away. I will definitely not come here again. I give this two stars because the service I experienced was still good, but the food was terrible.

  I went there for lunch today and it was horrible. I was told 20-25 minuets and when I arrived received cold pizza. I realize I didn’t have my garlic fries. I asked where are my fries , I was told 10 minuets. I will never eat here again. The total was $28.04 and it was a waste of my money. Good luck on your visit with them. One manger told me to come get my full refund and I go back a gentleman tells me we can’t refund you. I asked did you want me to get the food out the trash, he replied NO. Bad customer service and food

  We went inside there was no one in the restaurant. No one visible in the staff. We waited and no one surfaced, I literally could have robbed the place and no one would have noticed. How This place is still open as inconsistent as it is, is beyond me. Someone who is going to manage the business better and make better food really needs to take over.

  We went during the Saint Patrick's Day celebrations so keep in mind that this review is conditional because they were SLAMMED. I don't think they were very prepared for what was going on because it took 45 minutes for us to get the appetizers we ordered and it was missing some ingredients. We really weren't that bothered by the wait time because it really was chaos, but the fact that they gave us our order with half the ingredients and considered it passable was when they lost stars in our opinions. But we were delighted by the concept of showing your I.D., scanning your wristband, and getting to try different kinds of beer on your own. My only concern is that this concept makes it more difficult to cut someone off when they've had too many. Unless I'm missing something, this could potentially be a bit dangerous. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit, maybe just not so much when they get too busy.
