  Everything at the office was great. Fast, on time, and was able to make an appointment same day. Had some trouble with the web site (no continue button when creating account), but was eventually able to sign up with a friend's iPhone. An android version of the app would be a welcome addition.

  I had just had surgery about a week prior and had a pain pump placed in my abdomen that needed to be taken out. My surgeon said that I could do it myself but the idea of it freaked me out so I wanted a professional to do it. The medical professional at Zoom Care was kind, understanding and talked to me through the process as she as she painlessly removed my pump :) I feel bad that I forgot her name already but she was great!!!

  Sarah was extremely caring and made me feel better about my fears/anxieties when it comes to the doctors office. The only dislike I had about the experience is that you have to pay the full amount upfront instead of seeing what your insurance covers. Luckily I had the money but I wonder what I would have done if that hadn’t been the case. Otherwise a great stellar experience. Will come back again if I ever need to be looked at! Thank you so much Sarah you rock!
