  This lawyer is an absolutely useless he like most talks and talks and just runs up a bill and does very little for his $ personally lost almost 2000$ for payments and never ever went to court and refused to refund anything and he's in Washington everyone he doesn't want to talk with his clients avoid this bankruptcy guy if you value your money

  Adam Zoldessy P.C, Attorney At Law contacted one of our process serving firms within our network needing to obtain service of process. The process serving firm completed the job very within 72 hours and returned to AOS (Affidavit of Service) along with supporting documents & surveillance photos of the individual accepting service of process. The secretary of Mr. Zoldessy, named (Kaitlyn) has been negligent to have the payment remitted for the services and Mr. Adam Zoldessy's office have received several phone calls regarding the delinquent payment. Three months have passed and the Law Firm still has not yet tried to establish contact with the Process Serving Company to pay for their services they received despite of the numerous attempts, emails, and certified mailing. If you are a process serving firm and this company calls you regarding service of process, demand your payment up front otherwise you may never see your money! We are in the middle of creating a website for Attorneys such as this one and many others in hopes that eventually they will get tired and start paying for the service rendered to them. Otherwise, we will continue to let the public know exactly who they are!
