  Love using Zipcar. Love location and availability of cars. Downside is the cleaniness of vehicles when returned.

  When it works it's fine. When it doesn't, sometimes you get no refund. Check BBB rating!

  Making former members with clean accounts pay another $25 fee after 30-days is pretty sad. Suspending your home office number is also in poor taste. Member Services claimed they did not know the number for my regional home office last year when a simple Google search provided answers. Now that number is out of service. I guess I have to take my small earned wage elsewhere.

  Zipcar has gone from a great company that was customer service driven to a corporate giant that ignores client issues, it really makes it impossible for loyal customers like me (6 years) to continue the membership. Eveyrime you call customer service they take forever to answer and once they do, they always claim that they can't help you and that a manager will email you a few days later.( and they never get back with you) they also promise you things that they do not deliver like replacing membership cards and mailing them within one week, THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

  Did like this location because I have a hard time locating the car and were it's parked it hard to get out of.
