  Amazing workout plus relaxation combo. I was there for a Bootcamp + yoga + mediation. Even hung around after, socialized. It's that nice and welcoming of a place!!

  Zen Fit is a great workout! I love the blend of high intensity and restorative. All the movement prepares the mind for meditation. The vibes are awesome, highly recommend!

  ZenFit kicked my ass last night. Full dynamic workout with weights, cardio and yoga. Mint tea with new-found friends at the end was the best part. Would go again.
