  This was my first experience with a personal trainer and it has been amazing. Ashley is probably one of the kindest people you can meet. She's a cheerleader, a mentor, and a taskmaster. If you don't believe you can do it, she'll believe enough for both of you. Between her and Tyson, and Heidi, I am in the best health of my life. I can lift things and do things I've never imagined doing before. It's an amazing experience and one everyone should get a chance to have.

  My trainer Yusuf is the best!! I would not promote this place at all. The owner Ashley is not warm and inviting to the African American clients. If you ever go into this establishment get ready to feel the cold shoulder especially if your a minority. It's clearly displayed on the family board she has up. The only black people are Yusuf and another lady that Ashley trains that's about it. O well live and learn.

  Best personal trainer I've had. She has a ton of experience that I do think you can match anywhere else or at the Big Box gyms.

  Great people, very inspiring and willing to get you to your goals! Choose Zen Fitness when you want that personal touch, instead of just being a "membership number" like some other gyms! Ashley is amazing!
